The Troy Rec Before & After School Program is for elementary students. The children meet from 7:15 AM - 8:45 AM and after school from 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM on week days when school is in session. They enjoy games, snacks, and play activities in their brightly decorated rooms on the second floor of the Rec Building. The Directors of the program are Janet Larck and Susan Thokey.
